- Fortini is indicated for the nutritional needs of infants up to 18 months of age (or up to 19.8 lbs) with or at risk of growth failure, increased energy requirements, and/or fluid restrictions due to conditions such as: congenital heart disease; chronic lung disease; respiratory syncytial virus; neurological syndrome or neuro-disabilities; cystic fibrosis; and nondisease related FTT (failure to thrive)
- 30 calories per fluid ounce specifically calibrated for infants with or at risk of failure to thrive (FTT)
- Proven as well tolerated as 20 calories/fluid ounce standard infant formula, even in critically ill FTT infants
- Fortini has protein to support appropriate lean tissue gain specifically for catch-up growth
- Suitable as a sole source of nutrition or as a supplement
